Integrative psychotherapy is an approach to wellbeing that incorporates the fundamental principles of traditional psychotherapy with holistic modalities to promote healing on all levels: emotional, physical, mental and spiritual. Integrative psychotherapy aims to create a healthy alliance between mind and body helping to facilitate  stress management and create a healthy lifestyle. This style of therapy is rooted in the belief that health involves balance in all domains of one's life. In addition to traditional talk therapy, this approach utilizes tools of mindfulness, meditation, and breathing.  

SESSION FEES
  • 15 minute phone consultation:  FREE                             
  • Individual session fee:  $150 
  • Payment Accepted: Cash, Check, Venmo, Credit Card
  • Out-of-Network Provider: I can provide you with a monthly receipt towards your reimbursement. I suggest that you call your insurance company to find out what your benefits are for out-of-network reimbursement.
