Mind-Body or Integrative psychotherapy is an approach to wellbeing and healing by increasing one’s resilience and personal resources. It incorporates the fundamental principles of traditional psychotherapy with holistic modalities to promote healing on all levels: emotional, physical, mental and spiritual. Integrative psychotherapy aims to create a healthy alliance between mind and body to facilitate stress management and create a healthy lifestyle. In addition to traditional talk therapy, some of the tools restorative yoga, meditation, breathing, nutrition, and reiki.

Personal instruction is the ideal setting to develop or deepen your yoga practice. Drawing from my expertise in therapeutic yoga, prenatal yoga, vinyasa yoga, fitness, and meditation, this individualized approach allows us to work together to create a customized program, tailored to your unique needs and goals. Sessions include hands on adjustments, gentle neck and shoulders massage, sound therapy, and aromatherapy in the privacy of your own home/office. Studio rental available but not included in the price - can be included with purchase of packages.
